Guest Registration & Visitors
▪ A valid government-issued identification is mandatory upon check-in. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the rooms, and maximum occupancy rules apply.
▪ Visitors are allowed in public areas only and are not permitted in guest rooms after 11:00 PM. The hotel reserves the right to evict any unregistered visitor(s) from the premises.
▪ For safety and security reasons, only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or granted access to guest rooms.
3. Smoking & Prohibited Items - Smoking and durians are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel premises. Cleaning and deodorization penalty will be imposed for each violation.
4. Room Condition & Damages - Guests must notify the hotel of any issues (e.g. missing towels or damaged items) within 10 minutes of check-in. Guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.

Pembatalan penempahan	▪ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges. No-shows reservations will be considered as utilized bookings. ▪ The hotel shall not be liable for any refunds due to early departure before the scheduled check-out date. ▪ Reservations without guaranteed payment will be held until 4:00 PM only. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or void non-guaranteed reservations without prior notice.
